Full Body Traditional Massage
A massage therapy technique involving a slow myofacial release supporting somatic unwinding. May also incorporate other techniques including structured Swedish, neuromuscular massage and visceral manipulation treating acute/chronic injuries, stimulate growth and repair, encourage healing, inspire deep relaxation, and foster stronger connections between body and mind.

An energetic technique that treats the whole person (mind, body and spirit) by unblocking the energetic Ki or Qi within the meridians of the body. This is done with the client fully clothed and used mostly as a relaxation technique to ease from every day stress.
Combine both Reiki and massage to receive both an energetic treatment and therapeutic touch in order to alleviate tension and ease the mind.
An in and outside the mouth technique to help alleviate symptoms related to TMJD, jaw clenching, teeth grinding and extensive oral surgery. May also help to reduce head, neck and jaw tension as well as decreasing chronic headaches and migraines.
